Double work-station wet blasting cabinet is designed to operate oversized workparts, and allows 2 operators working at same time, which increases efficiency.  Kafan wet blast cabinet use a high performance pump agitating water and abrasive into slurry mixture, then blast onto targets and effectively removes rust, oxide layer, contaminants.

 1. The wet blast cabinet is specially made of 3mm stainless steel plate to avoids getting rust, the powder coated surface makes it extremely durable and wear-resistent to ensures long life.

2. High flow wet blasting gun with 8mm nozzle made of most wear-resistant boron carbide material, along with a water gun to flush residual medias.

3. Configured with window washer and wiper keeps a clear view of blasting work.

4. Each blast gun on/off is controlled by foot pedal switch, safe and reliable. 

5. A high performance pump highly mixes the abrasive and water into uniform slurry, you can add anti-rust agent to slurry in order not to get rust of metal parts.

6. Configured with a set of demister removing mister keeps a clear working view.

Water Recirculating System

Can be configured with a recirculating tank interconnected to the slurry hopper to form a closed loop system, the blasted slurry mixture will be transferred to the tank for separating of water and abrasive. which is filtered by precise filter paper and rinsing tank.

A skimmer is configured to remove floating oil or grease.

If in your workshop running water is not available there, or worrying about waste water disposal, a closed loop wet blast cabinet is a good choice.

Heavy-duty Turntable

The wet blasting cabin can be added with a heavy-duty turntable for easily operating larger, heavier, complex components, giving operators an easy access to clean surfaces and corners. 

The heavy-duty turntable loading the workparts is easy to move inside and outside across the track assembly, also can be configured with a cart making it convenient to transport the tools.
