The tumble basket blaster offers batch production by automatic tumbling & blasting, greatly saving manual labor and increase output. Installed with a sandblasting basket which holds large volume of small sized accessories.
The simple blasting system provides easy operation. Users just load workparts into the tumbling basket, close the door, set the blasting time, turn on the dust collector and start the machine, all parts will be automatically finished, entirely and evenly. After the cycle, the parts will be directly unloaded from the discharged chute. The automatic tumble blast machine obviously improve production on quantity, quality.
The tumble blasting time can be set depends on the customer-requested effect.
The tumbling speed of basket with frequency control can meet different processing needs.
The swing mechanism of auto-blasting gun and 360 degree rotating basket increases the coverage of abrasives to achieves optimal blasting effect.
Configures durable blasting gun with boron carbide nozzle, and air bowing gun for final cleaning.
All working parameters can be set and adjust on an easy-to-use electric contron panel.
