Pressure Blast Cabinet for Tough Cleaning Jobs
The direct pressure blast cabinet is specially designed with a pressurized vessel containing compressed air, which will pneumatically push the media to the nozzles through a abrasive valve, then blast them onto the target surface. The compressed air is the origial power source of both abrasive supply and speed accelerate.
In most applications, work can be done 3-5 times faster than a siphon blast cabinet as the abrasive is conveyed at a much higher velocity and blasted at stronger force. Thus pressure blast cabinet is ideal for tough cleaning jobs, such as removing heavy burrs, thick oxide layers and old coats, or treating hard materials.
