Kafan
The heavy duty blast cabinet with turntable is specially designed for blast and cleaning heavy and large product, like mold, statue, motor, car wheels, etc.
The humanized turntable design provides 360 degree rotating action, which release the difficulty for users to blast heavy product overall, as there is no need of manual movement.
An loading cart can be ideally equipped to push the products from outside to inside of the blasting cabinet at ease.
Sandblasting Chamber
Well-sealed enclosed cabinet without dust leakage or abrasive leakage, always keep the environment clean.
Our blast cabinet are welded from 2mm durable steel plate, and powder-coated surfaces, anti-rust and extented life.
Turntable and Cart
These blast cabinets often incorporate a turntable with cart on a track extension used to roll the tooling in and out with minimal force.
The size of turntable can be made as actual needs, also can be designed for manual or automatic rotating.
Filter Dust Collector
An independent cartridge filter dust collector effectively remove dust from the working chamber, ensure the pure abrasives are recycled, and it keeps dust away from the operator's window for increased visibility and accuracy when cleaning. An optional cyclone separator can be configured when using fine abrasives.
Blasting Gun
Long-life blasting gun consists of alloy holder and durable boron carbide nozzle, which is the most durable material in the market, along with an an air blowing gun to clean remaining dust and abrasive after blasting.
Foot Control
Blast gun working is controlled by foot pedal switch, increase safety and reduce operator's fatigue.
