Wet Blasting Cabinet Working Principle

Kafan Wet blast cabinet works by using a specially pump that agitates water and media into a slurry mixture and delivers it to the blast nozzle, while compressed air is introduced to accelerate the slurry and creates the cleaning effect. 
The blasted abrasives will impact and grind with the object surfaces, in which way remove the impurities, rust, old paints and other contaminants, results in a smooth and clean surfaces.

  • The wet blast machine is made of 3mm thick stainless steel with powder-coated surface, rigid and anti-rust.
  • Configured with durable wet blast gun with 8mm boron carbide nozzles specially for high flow wet blasting process,
  • Configured with windscreen washer maintains visibility throughout the working chamber
  • A set of 2.2kw high performance slurry pump fully agitate the abrasive and water.

Closed Loop Wet Blasting Cabinet with Water Recirculating System

If in your workshop running water is not available there, or worrying about waste water disposal, a closed loop wet blast cabinet is a good choice.
  • Configured with a water recirculating system, which means it does not require a running water supply to operate. 
  • The closed loop system has a recirculating tank interconnected to the slurry hopper. The blasted wet slurry will be filtered, thus the clean water and pure abrasive can be recycled.
  • The blasted slurry mixture will be transferred to the tank for separating of water and abrasive. which is filtered by precise filter paper and rinsing tank.
  • A skimmer above the tank is configured to remove floating oil or grease.

This large wet blast cabinet is designed with 2 working stations allow one or two users to operate for oversized workpieces, offering great flexibility for operation..
