How A Closed Loop Wet Blast System Works?

A closed loop wet blast cabinet does not require running water, which only requires a compressed air supply and a power source to operate.  The blasted wet slurry will be filtered, thus the clean water and pure abrasive can be recycled. Once you add abrasive and clean water to the cabinet, you recycle them until you want to change it out.

Water Recirculating System (optional)

The closed loop system has a recirculating tank interconnected to the slurry hopper, the blasted slurry mixture will be transferred to the tank for separating of water and abrasive. which is filtered by precise filter paper and rinsing tank.

A skimmer is configured to remove floating oil or grease.

If in your workshop running water is not available there, or worrying about waste water disposal, a closed loop wet blast cabinet is a good choice.

Heavy-duty Turntable (optional)

The wet blasting cabin can be added with a heavy-duty turntable for easily operating larger, heavier, complex components, giving operators an easy access to clean surfaces and corners.

It can be designed for manual or automatic rotating as per your demands

The heavy-duty turntable loading the workparts is easy to move inside and outside across the track assembly, also can be configured with a cart making it convenient to transport the tools.

Wet Blasting Advantages

1. Clean Finish. During process, with water washing makes no media impregnation into the parts, You're doing the treatment and cleanup all in one go.

2. Gentle Finish: whether you are cleaning or smooth the surfaces, the introduce of water makes the impact more gentle. Even though the media are strong enough to get the job done, this gentle process makes it possible to preserve your surface better.

3. More Even Finish.  Dry blasting machine finishes a surface by hitting it at an angle.  While this can be effective, it does risk the result of an uneven surface. However the liquids spreads around the surface which will make more even finishing.
