Kafan Wet blasting cabinet works by using a high performance pump that agitates water and media into a slurry mixture and delivers it to the blast nozzle. An excellent water recirculating system, a high-capacity slurry pump and a high-flow wet-blast gun make this model an impressive performer for industrial wet blasting applications.
How A Closed Loop Wet Blast System Works?
The closed loop blast system has a baffled settling tank interconnected to the blast cabinet slurry hopper for water recirculating. Our design ensures more abrasives settled in the slurry hopper re-using and more water can be conveyed to the tank and for recirculating
The baffled settling tank is designed to create a weir-like path for the water flow, slowing down to allow the solid particles settling to the bottom.
A closed loop wet blast cabinet does not require running water, which only requires a compressed air supply and a power source to operate.

Water Recirculating System (optional)
The water recirculating system for is an optional choice. The blasted slurry mixture will be transferred to the tank for separating of water and abrasive. Once you add abrasive and clean water to the cabinet, you recycle them until you want to change it out.
A skimmer is configured to remove floating oil or grease.
If in your workshop running water is not available there, or worrying about waste water disposal, a closed loop wet blast cabinet is a good choice.
Heavy-duty Turntable (optional)
The wet blasting cabin can be added with a heavy-duty turntable for easily operating larger, heavier, complex components, giving operators an easy access to clean surfaces and corners.
It can be designed for manual or automatic rotating as per your demands
The heavy-duty turntable loading the workparts is easy to move inside and outside across the track assembly, also can be configured with a cart making it convenient to transport the tools.
