This wet blasting cabinet is specially designed with automatic guns and automatic turntable, achieves fully automatic, unmanned operation. As the guns oscillated blasting, the turnatble continuously rotates, which ensures a full coverage of abrasive flow, especially suitable for complex-shaped, three dimensional objects, such as steel beam, alloy wheels, casting molds, etc.

Our wet blast cabine is Made of 3mm thick stainless steel with coated surface, rigid and anti-rust, and consistes of high quality components to ensures working peformance.

Wet Blast Cabinet

- The glass window with water washer and wiper, plus high-output fluorescent lighting provide excellent visibility and clear inspection.

- Configured with 4 pcs of automatic blast guns and 1 piece of manual gun, the automatic blast guns can be adjusted for fixing blasting or oscillating blasting.

- The blast gun quanity can be customized as production requests.

Heavy-duty Turntable

-The heavy-duty turntable is ideal for loading big and irregularly shaped workpieces, 

-It can be set for automatic rotating driven via speed-adjustable motor, while set for manual operation for more precise cleaning jobs.

-Custom design can be made to suit your special needs.

Water Recirculating System (optional）

- Can be added with a recirculating tank interconnected to the slurry hopper to form a closed loop system. 

- The blasted slurry mixture will be transferred to the tank and filtered for separating of water and abrasive, thus pure water and abrasives will be recycled.

- If in your workshop running water is not available there, or worrying about waste water disposal, this is a good choice.
