    Is it the same for matte or sandblasting stainless steel cutlery?
    Is it the same level of process?
    The two methods of treating the stainless steel surface are different.

    spray the abrasive toward the surface of the workpiece at a high speed.

    :What is the difference between a vibratory polisher and a magnetic polisher and a barrel polisher?
    Can the workpiece be polished  into a mirror finish?
    All three vibratory finishing machines  can get what kinds of finishing ?
    Vibratory polisher, magnetic polisher, and barrel polisher  and all types of other polishers.
    Adding brighteners and polishing particles inside can make the mirror surface, but the mirror effect is very poor

  • Q how to remove burrs by spiral vibratory finishing machine?

    A If you need to remove burrs by vibratory finishing machine 
    The following things are needed
    1), Tumbling Media for Barrel and Vibratory Finishing Equipment  
    Brown Aluminum Oxide Grit is usually inclined triangular, triangular or round ball shape,

  • Q Why the blasting machine does not blast abrasives?

    If you have problems of the sandblaster blasting abrasives, there are factors and solutions will give you some knowledge
    1. Run out of the abrasive. Turn off the air and refill the blasting abrasive.
    2. The blast gun gets block. Turn off the air and remove the nozzle to check whether there is blockages.
    3. Check whether the blasting meida is dry, because wet abrasive will cause accumulation. If wet abrasive cause this problwm, clean the gun and nozzle, discharge the abrasive, dry and seive it for resuing.
    4. The compressed air with moisture enters into the machine not only causing wet abrasives but making the blasting hose damp and stick with medias. To avoid such conditions, equipping a dryer may be better.
    5. Without sieve causing bigger dust and ununiform abrasive entering the media valve,
    6. Filling too much blasting abrasive. Over-load of abrasive will cause unpressurized.

  • Q Pressure Blast Cabinet VS Siphon Blast Cabinet

    1)Working Principle:
    Siphon Type - With the compressed air flowing in the blasting gun, the siphon action will create a negative-pressurized environment that sucks the abrasive and delivers to the blast gun nozzle, which attains the purpose of abrasive blasting on the parts' surface. For the Suction blast cabinet, the compressed air is the power source of both abrasive supply and speed accelerate.
    Pressure Type - The direct pressure cabinet is specially designed with a pressurized vessel containing compressed air, which will (pneumatically)push the media to the nozzles through a media outlet valve, then blast them onto the target. The compressed air is the power source of both abrasive supply and speed accelerate.
    2)Different Features:
    Siphon Type
    A: Suitable for light blasting job and general-purpose finishing
    B: The abrasive delivery is much slower than pressure blaster
    C: Achieve abrasive travel continuously through the machine.
    Pressure Type
    A: Perfect for removing heavy coatings and conteminants

  • Q Troubles and solutions of using the sandblasting machine

  • Q How to choose right sandblasting equipment?

    2. Material: the choice of polishing media material depends on the material and hardness of the workparts.
    3. Delicacy: depends on the surface roughness before processed and required delicacy after processed.
  • Q Tumbling Media – Types and Choices

    A 1, Ceramic Tumbling Media: has aggressive cutting force which is recommended for general purpose polishing, heavy, middle, light grinding and supports for hard metals
    Plastic Tumbling Media: applicable for soft materials, like zinc, aluminu, copper or other alloy parts, fast and heaving cutting, geneally remove the burrs of the metal surface and produce a very smooth finishing but with very little shine.
    3. Metal Polishing Media: mainly use steel, stainless steel as media, without cutting force, is recommended for the burnish of metal parts.
