Cultivate excellent staff team  and leader team to guarantee the product quality. Build rigorous quality assurance system at the request of ISO 9001:2008 standard. Control and manage the whole manufacturing process. With innovative and advanced technology, provide perfect products and service on punctuality. 
To satisfy customers’ requirement, we will keep improving quality, promoting ourselves, surpassing current status and try best to be industry leader.
 

Quality Control Goal

A. One-time testing pass rate ≥90% and increase by 1% each year.
B. Customers’ satisfaction rate≥90% and increase by 1% each year.
C. On-time deliveries rate ≥90% and increase by 1% each year.

Quality Control Activities

1. Implement position management

Each position  from raw material test  to production process and final inspection should be managed as per standard guidance paper . Make pre-professional training for production and inspection staff, only employ qualified workers.
 

2. Inspect each procedure strictly

Inspect each procedure before converting to next step. Mark and register unqualified products. Pack and deliver qualified products. 
 

3. Record quality inspection strictly

Keep the quality record real and clear in time for tracking. 

4. Hold the meeting about quality regularly

Every Monday morning from 10:00 to 12:00, we hold the meeting to discuss procurement, production and customers’ complaint. Once problem occurs, correction will be done timely so as to improve production technology from time to time.

On the purpose of increasing customers’ satisfaction, GM and all staff are devoted to building company culture that focusing on customers. Our goal is to enhance the importance in customers’ heart and on the market.

The following rules should be obeyed:

1. Stand at the clients, meet all the reasonable requirements from them. 
2. We provide not only products but also our reputation and service. 
3. Treat customers with honesty and sincerity 
4. Exceed customers’ expectation and give unexpected surprise. 
5. Treat each customer as long-term cooperative partners. Dealing with customers casually  is forbidden.
