Automatic Multi-turntable Sandblasting Machine Working Principle
This automated sandblasting cabinet has a large indexing turntable which evenly fitted with multiple small turntables for loading workparts.
The indexing turntable intermittently rotates to present the multiple small turntables in accurate position in front of the automatic blast guns for surface treatment, while each small turntable fitted workparts rotates itself ensure all the surfaces and corners to be covered with abrasive flow.
This machine is programmable, all process controlled via PLC, only requires one operator just standing at the front station for loading and unloading the workpieces, achieveing high automation.
