Adaptable fixture at each turntable is configured to suit your workparts and processing requirements. Using different fixture can process various objects, special fixture can be tailored for your special products.

How Multi-turntable Automatic Sandblasting Machine Works

This automated sandblasting cabinet has a large indexing rotary table which evenly fitted with multiple small turntables for loading workparts. The indexing table intermittently or continuously rotates to present the multiple turntables in accurate position in front of the automatic blast guns for surface treatment, while each small turntable fitted workparts rotates itself ensure all the surfaces to be covered with abrasive flow. This machine is programmable, all process controlled via PLC.

The highly efficient automated sandblasting machine designed with 4 working ares,

1) an opening zone for loading and unloading

2) a holding zone loading the workparts waiting for blasting

3) a closed one for sandblasting processing

4) a blowing zone for removing residual abrasiving or dusts preparng for unloading.

Those working areas are processing simultaneously. which provides optimum blast coverage and reduces task times. Higher volumes, increased productivity and a drive to safe automated systems demands makes the system a repeatable and reliable equipment.

PLC Touch Control for Automatic Sandblasting Machine

This automatic sandblasting machine applies PLC system achieves high automation and accuracy task, guarantees the balanced uniform blasting effect, as well as safe production.

The touching screen offers user-friendly interface to manage the blast working, including set the dust collector fan, adjust the rotating speed of both index turntable and small turntables, set blasting time, individually control each blast gun for fixed blasting or oscillated blasting, etc.
