1. Grind cleaning purpose: Add 250KG of 5-6mm brown corundum balls and 100KG of 10mm brown corundum triangles, add 2-3 cups of cleaning agent, and then add water to cover the abrasive. Grind for 15 minutes. The specific time is adjusted according to the actual situation of the wheel.
2. Polishing purpose: Add 350KG of zirconium oxide and 1-2 paper cups of polishing liquid. The polishing time can be set by the customer. Generally about 10 minutes

Wheels can be mechanically fixted on bottom of the vibratory barrel, which allows a thourough polish with quantities of components and media added.
