Wet blast cabinet with turntable, cart, water recirculating tank for Israel customer
This wet blasting cabinet is specially designed for our Israel cutomer in order to reduce operator's efforts to handle heavy and big being blasted objects, with special configurations of:
- Designed with a front door and a side door for more convenient operation
- The glass window with water washer and wiper, plus high-output fluorescent lighting provide excellent visibility and clear inspection.
- Specially designed with a heavy-duty turntable in automatic operation, driven via speed-adjsutable motor.
- An additional cart makes it effortess to roll the turntable in and out of the blast cabin.
- A recirculating rinsing tank makes water and abrasives recycled to saves cost
Wet blasting machine works through the flow of water borne abrasives, which applies a high performance pump fully agitating abrasive and water into slurry mxiture, then deliver the slurry to target surfaces through nozzle. With advantages of:
- Create dustfree blasting process
- More precise processing as cleans by flow and not impact
- Simultaneously degreases and blasts
- Produces a softer/smoother finish
