This custom-made automatic sandblasting system configured with long roller conveyors is specially designed for our Australia customer who requires cleaning lomg length objects, such as construction beams, aluminium profiles, metal sheets, etc. This conveyor type automatic sandblasting machine can be seamlessly integrated with the working line delivering continuous flow production.
The roller comveyor blasting system configured with upper and lower 2 blasting stations, allows the 2 groups of blasting guns cleaning surfaces from upper and bottom directions, which is deal for surface finishing square shapes, tube shapes without turning over the pieces
The integrated roller conveyor system moves the parts in and out of the blasting area with optimal efficiency. The blasting guns in the working area automatically oscillating which ensures all parts and surfaces are blasted entirely.
Automatic Conveyor Blasting System Features
- Each blast gun is individually controlled, depending on the parts' shapes and dimensions, the automatic guns can be set for fixed blasting or oscillating blasting.
- The belt speed of automatic sandblasting machine is frequency-adjustable controlled, whose speed can be steplessly regulated by inverter within the range of 0 ~ 5m/min.
- PLC electric control with touching screen offers user-friendly interface to manage each blast gun, adjust conveyor speed and control the dust collector.
- Configured with cyclone separator and filter cartriages unit for high performance dust removing, keeping the working chamber a clear observation sight and increasing abrasive recyling rate.
