Automatic Multi-turntable Sandblasting Machine Working Principle

This automated sandblasting cabinet has large indexing turntable which evenly fitted with multiple small turntables for loading workparts. The indexing turntable continuously rotates to present the multi turntables in accurate position in front of the automatic blast guns for treatment, while each small turntable fitted workparts rotates itself ensure all the surfaces and corners to be covered with abrasive flow. This machine is programmable, all process controlled via PLC
