Wide Opening Doors

Designed with a pair of front-opening doors in good sealing, as well as a pneumatically top-opening door. The inner wall of the doors are guarded with wear-resistant rubber, and a baffle set in the middle of the front opening doors to prevent shots flying out of the chamber. fast and simple loading/unloading.

Turntable

The turntable is made of flat steel welded into a mesh disc, covered with a rubber plate with holes. which allows blasting media to fall through and reduce the wear from shot peening. The rotating table is electrically driven 

by sprocket, and motorized with adjustment speed for optimal exposure to the blast stream.

Blast Wheel

The blast wheel is composed of impeller, blade, control cage, and other main parts. The working principle is that impeller rotates at high speed and throwing the entering shots from the control cage, accelerated by the blades, the shots will hit the surface of workpiece to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Abrasive Media Reclaiming System

After use, residual abrasive media falls down the bottom of the blasting chamber, where it is conveyed by screw conveyors and a bucket elevator to an automatic media cleaner.

The abrasive reclaimer provides continuous handling and recycling of abrasive media based on particle size in order to maintain optimal and consistent quality blasting.

Other Standard Configurations

All shot blasters are equipped with filter dust collector,  PLC, display, timer, automatic start-up of the blast wheels, working-hours counter, and other basic features. Blast wheels and blasting chamber inner walls are protected by wear-resistant shields for extremely long service life.
