Our manual sandblasting cabinet with turntable and cart makes it easy and efficient for surface treatment of big, heavy, and irregular-shaped objects, like mold, statue, motor, car wheels, etc, which significantly reduce efforts and increase the working efficiency.
In the manual sandblast cabinet, users handle the workparts through a manual blast gun controlled via foot switch, at the same time manually rotate the turntable, thus all sides and corners can be precisely cleaned.
It uses negative pressure caused by compressed air flow, the blast gun sucks the abrasive and delivers to the nozzle, then blasted to the product surface, attain the purpose of cleaning, removing rust, burrs and contaminants.
The turntable loading the workparts is easy to move inside and outside through the track assembly, ideal for blast cleaning larger, heavier components. The cart makes the it convenient to transport the tools.
Our innovative dusfree sand blast cabinet are welded from 2mm coated steel plate. featuring durable, anti-rust, an independent cartridge filter dust collector effectively remove dust from the working chamber.
