1000L Vibratory Tub Polishing Machine
The vibratory tub can be divided into several smaller compartments to meet the demands of using different abrasives to operate different workpieces.The divider plates can be removed for finishing large or long length workpieces in high productivity while vibratory bowl can not achieve.

1. The divided chambers is especially suited for delicated materials that avoids them colliding with each other.
2. Achieve automatic operation by electric control system, including timer, frequency adjustable, start and stop functions.
3. With high wear-resistant polyurethane lined in the vibratory container to increase the service life of more than 5 times as well as avoiding collisions on the wall and and reduce the noise.
4. Installed high-performance three-phase vibration motor, adjustable amplitude range of 0.3-10mm.
5. The size of vibratory tub can be customized according to the requirements, the number of partitions in the tube can also be provided as request.
