Cyclone blast cabinets are designed for cleaning and finishing with dry abrasive such as glass beads, aluminum oxide, garnet, sands, etc. It produces varous different finishes such as rust-removing, smoothing, decorating, etc, depending on the type of medias and the air pressure used.
Cyclone blaster especially works well when applying ultra fine medias even up to 220 mesh, whose purpose is to get a fine and effective finish.
The blast cabinet cyclone how it works?
While using ultra fine abrasives, they are easily mixed with the dust particles and collected to the cartridge filter. The cyclone device is better for separating micro abrasive and dust, enables the filter only collect the dust and creates a high recycle rate of abrasive, reduce consumption and save cost. If you use very fine or light abrasive for blasting, the cyclone blasting system is the initial choice.
