Double-station Pressure Sandblasting Cabinet

The pressure sandblasting cabinet is specially designed with 2 working stations, can be used to operate long length or large dimension workparts. 

Unlike normal blaster sucking medias, this pressure blaster works by compressed air directly pushing and accelarating the medias to blast gun nozzle though a pressurized pot, then blasting them out onto the target surface. Work can be done 3-5 times faster than a suction blast cabinet

As the medias are delivered at a much higher velocity that causing poweful cutting force, pressure blast cabinet is ideal for tough cleaning jobs, such as removing heavy burrs, thick oxide layers and old coats, or treating hard materials, 

The pressure blast cabinet allows using heavy abrasives(like steel ball) to clean tough surfaces such as forging castings, welding parts, heat treatment parts, stamping parts and machined parts, complete the process of descaling, deburring, and the pretreatment process of powder spraying and electroplating.
