How automatic sandblasting machine cleaning molds?

The operator put the molds on the conveyor belt, they are automatically transported into the sandblasting area, while a group of guns automatically oscillating and blasting, ensures all surfaces of workpart is entirely cleaned.

Workparts are conveyed to the sandblasting area where they are processed by a group of automatic guns. Each blast gun is individually controlled for working by demands. Depending on the parts' shapes and dimensions.

The frequency adjustable conveyor motor can be steplessly regulated by inverter within the range of 0 ~ 2m/min

The automatic sandblaster applies advanced PLC electric control system with touching screen offers user-friendly interface to manage the blast working, adjust conveyor speed or start the dust collector.

Media recycling and dust collecting are performed by cyclone separator and cartridge filter dust removal system.
