This conveyor type automatic sandblasting machine is specially designed for refurbishing old bakeware with high efficiency by removing rust and dirt. Belt conveyor blasting machine allows panel-shaped workparts continuously pass thru the processing chamber for automatic media blasting.
How automatic sandblasting machine works to refurbish bakeware?
Workparts are conveyed to the sandblasting area where they are processed by a group of automatic guns. Up to 20pcs (can be customized) suction-blast guns are bracketed to sweep parts in linear motion synchronized with continuous movement of the belt, which ahieves high production efficiency and uniform processing quality.

Each blast gun is individually controlled for working by demands. Depending on the parts' shapes and dimensions.
The frequency adjustable conveyor motor can be steplessly regulated by inverter within the range of 0 ~ 2m/min
The sandblaster applies advanced PLC electric control system with touching screen offers user-friendly interface to manage the blast working, adjust conveyor speed or start the dust collector.
Media recycling and dust collecting are performed by cyclone separator and cartridge filter dust removal system.
