The tumble belt shot blasting machine is suited for surface treatment of small parts in extremely high effciency. The endless belt keeps parts gently tumbling as they are exposed to shot streams on all surfaces, results in uniform and overall cleaning.

It is widely used for small castings, forgings, stampings, bushings, sleeves, springs, standard screws, die-cast aluminum parts, and other mechanical accessories that are not afraid of minor impacts.

How automatic sandblasting machine works to refurbish bakeware?

Big volume small parts are loaded into the wear-resistant perforated rubber belt. The belt rotates forward to continuously tumble parts evenly. A high-speed centrifugal blast wheel throws out steel shots at 80–110m/s to effectively remove rust, scale, old paints, and strengthen metal surface by compressive stress. Shot media fall through belt holes, transported by screw conveyor and bucket elevator to air separator for recycling.
