The endless rubber belt of the automatic sandblaster keeps parts gently tumbling as they are exposed to blast streams overall, ensures all parts and surfaces are blasted by the tumbling action, even hard-to-reach corners and holes. 

This automatic blasting system is ideal for batch processing a set of small pieces at once, as well as relatively heavy, complex-shaped parts that would be hard to handle in a traditional manual blast cabinet

It is an easy system to control the working of each blast guns by buttoms at the side cabinet, as well as adjust belt tumbling speed, set blasting cycle time and start/stop dust collector, 

The air pressure of each blast gun can be independently regulated by pressure valves at the front of the machine.

Media Recycling and Dust Collecting

Configured a pulse filter cartridge for dust removal system, features high removal efficiency and requires easy installation and maintenance.

The automatic blast machine can be optionally equipped with a cyclone device before filter collector, which is used to separate ultrafine abrasives from dust, increasing the recycling rate of pure abrasives.
