This sandblasting cabinet designed with 4 pcs auto blast guns and special fixtures in order to automatically abrasive blasting pipe shaped workparts. As a group of auto guns horizontally moving and blasting, the pipe shaped parts rolling automatically at the same time, thus overall surfaces can be cleaned thoroughly and evenly.
Automatic Blast Guns
Configured with 4pcs of automatic blast guns, the automatic blast guns can be adjusted for fixed blasting or moveable blasting.
The work of each blast gun is individually controlled via PLC. You can choose the optimal setting to meet your surface finishing needs.
The blast gun nozzle is made of highly durable boron carbide nozzle for longterm use.
Customized Fixture for Workparts
The automatic sandblast cabinet is special designed with fixtures for fixing roller shaped objects, such as steel pipes, mainfolds,
The fixture enables the workparts rolling, while the gun group blast and move, which ensures all surfaces covered with abrasive flow and get uniform finished.
PLC Control
Through the PLC advanced system, you can easily control the work of each blasting gun, blasting time, turntable rotating, dust collector working. To achieve a fully automatic process, you can preset all working parameters on the panel, once the preset time has arrived, the machine will stop working immediately.
Automatic Door
The side door of the automatic sandblasting cabinet is controlled to be automatically open or closed, just press the button, you can achieve effortless operation.

Filter Dust Collector
This sandblasting cabinet is configured with a dust removing system, including a cyclone separator, which is used to separate ultrafine abrasives from dust, increasing the recycling rate of pure abrasives, as well as 2 pieces of cartridge filter to absorb even micro dust particulates, which ensures vented airflow back to the workshop is dustfree.
