15L Centrifugal Barrel Finishing System
The 15L centrifugal barrel system is mounted with 2 tumbling barrels, each barrel filled with finishing media, workpieces, compounds up to 50%-90%. The barrels and the whole system rotate like a Ferris wheel, which creates the centrifugal force on the media and workpieces, making them contact with each other, in which way remove the burrs and scales.
Application
Centrifugal barrel finishing system is recommended for operating hardware, electronics, plastic parts or other small accessories in deburring, chamfering, descaling, or other high-precision grinding and polishing processes.
