The Indexing Turntable Automated Sand Blast Cabinet is ideal for processing small cylindrical workparts in big volumes, we design this automatic blasting system specially for our customer to clean and remove rust of their gas tips.

The automated sandblasting system consists of one bigger indexing turntable, on which is 8 evenly-spaced small turntables, each small turntable will be fixed with being processed workparts, the fixure can be specially made based on customer's workparts

This automatic sandblaster allows big batch parts being processed efficiently, and achieves high output with consistent quality results. 

How the Indexing Turntable Automated Blast Cabinet works?

Indexing Turntable Automated Sand Blast Cabinet is also known as Satellite table blast machine. It is ideal for processing various shapes of parts, especially for complex parts with hard-to-reach blind angles continuously or intermittently. Parts are placed manually or robotically on the fixture, then travel from a blasting cabinet to an air blowing cleaning cabinet. After blasting, the parts have a clean and rough surface.

Automatic Sand Blasting Machine Configurations & Features

• The machine is L1500*W1400*H2000mm in outsize, with a 900mm diameter turntable and 8pcs automaic blasting guns, which can pass workpiece max width 250mm and max height 350mm.

• Blasting and turntable spinning time are both adjustable according to the different request of finishing.

• Blasting guns can be fixed or horizontal or vertical traversing to suit the requirements of different parts.

• Various fixtures can be designed as per the application of different parts. Following is the gas tips processing. Several pieces placed on one small table.
