2, Gas tank, pressure gauge, safety valve must to be regularly checked. The storage tank emits dust once every two weeks and the filter in the sand tank have to be checked once a month.
3, Check the ventilation pipe and the sand blasting machine door whether are sealed. Five minutes before work, start ventilation and dust removal equipment, when the ventilation and dust removal equipment fail to work, prohibit the sandblasting machine working.
4, The compressed air valve have to open slowly, the pressure does not allowed exceeds 0.8MPa.
5, The grit size should be adapted to the job requirements, generally between 10 to 20, the sand should be kept dry.
6, Prohibit unrelated personnel access to the blasting machine in working. When sweep and adjust the operating parts, the machine should be shut down.
7, It is not allowed to use compressed air to blow dust or joking.
8, After the work, ventilation and dust removal equipment should be continued to run for five minutes then close so that to discharge indoor dust, keep the venue clean.
9, Any personal and equipment accidents, should maintain the scene, and report to the relevant departments.
